I live in a new development within the Trilogy Community. My understanding is that Tesla, in part, uses OpenStreetMap for trip guidance. Whenever I navigate in Tesla Maps from or to the point I marked on the map, Tesla directs me directly East to the jeep trail, which is not even possible. Sometimes, it will instead navigate me to East Juniper Oaks Drive before routing me through the entire community on North Verde River Way. It should navigate me West on East Massai Point Drive, then South on North Verde River Way to East Rio Verde Drive. This is the most direct route from the spot marked to East Rio Verde Drive.
