eingetragen. Ich gehe von einer Bestandsaufnahme zum Zeitpunkt des Besuches aus, und werde deshalb diese fixmes korrigieren

Ich gebe euch beiden Recht, das ist total strange, und im Wert nochmal einen Key=Value zu verstrecken ist doch total abnormal!

thanks for the response to my change. There were only 2x landuse=beer_garden in whole UK and even worldwide.
A beer garden is obviosly not well defined yet.. it can be all kind of outside sitting places.. does not even need a "garden" at all.. see picture search: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=beer+garden&t=h_&iax=images&ia=images
Of course I wanted to be as sensitive as possible to your initial tag, which was already untouched since 7 years! I added a note, that it is originally mapped as "beer_garden", and think this is enough to somebody from even remote places to interpretate this as beer garden.
You stated, that this was intented to be tagged as "garden", therefore I now added this information as outdoor_seating=garden. Maybe you can add even more local knowledge, just have a look at the possibilities at the page: leisure=outdoor_seating

Openstreetmap lebt von engagierten Kartografen, die die Welt erfassen und dabei auch zusätzliche Informationen erfassen.
Bitte nicht für Werbung, selbst für eine Bürgerinitiative missbrauchen.
Falls diese Bürgerinitiative ein Büro oder eine Einrichtung betreibt, kann diese mit diese als "operator" eingetragen werden. In diesem Fall scheint es mir jedoch nicht zu sein, daher habe ich die Änderung wieder entfernt.
Bei Rückfragen unterstütze ich gerne. Und auch diese Kommentarfunktion kann gerne genutzt werden.

thank you for your comment. I removed the tag for your satisfaction.
Indead it seemed like i was the only one using this tag.
Both of your proposals dont seem right because they arent relied to the maximum customers. They key capcity could describe the maximum capacity for dresses, measurement cabins, parking lots, etc.. And the word capacity kind of describes a physical limitation. The maximum customers this shop allows is no physical limitation but absolut artificial. All other examples on the wiki page describe physical limitations (Link: capacity=*).
Since I removed this tag only because of your comment, can you please explain why somebody should not introduce new tags? When the time is right and all corner cases are described we can clean it up anyway. In future I expect the OpenStreetMap workforce much bigger then today, because since its beginning the OpenStreetMap userbase and changes growed continously.
