Hello Mateusz,
Beer is not necessarily alcohol anymore these days. There are a lot of alcohol free (0,0% beers).

So in my opinion shop=beer cannot be a subcategory of shop=alcohol. Better would be the more general tag shop=beverages. Also brewery beer shops in Germany usually brew and sell some soft drinks, too.

I would suggest that you stop making proposals for shop=beer to shop=alcohol in Germany. Instead think about shop=beverages.

Laut Wiki ist das für Betriebsarzt, Werksarzt oder Arbeitsmediziner, ...

Auf https://www.physiolex.de/ kann ich keinen Schwerpunkt für arbeitsmedizinische Behandlungen erkennen.

es scheint so, also nimmst du hier immer wieder automatisierte Edits vor. Und so wird aus einer Praxis für Physiotherapie mit health_specialty:occupational_therapy=yes ein healthcare:speciality=occupational und dann ein healthcare:speciality=occupational_therapy.

Das sind meinem Verständnis nach unterschiedliche Werte. Das erste bedeutet, dass die Praxis unter anderen Angeboten auch diese Spezialisierung anbietet, die Letzteren welchen Schwerpunkt die Praxis hat.
Einen arbeitsmedizinischen Therapieschwerpunkt kann ich auf der Webseite nicht erkennen: https://www.physiolex.de/

Bitte unterlasse solche Arten von Änderungen ohne Überprüfung der Objekte, z.B. vor Ort oder anhand Webseite.

If you do not want to revert your changeset then you can add a new node or recover this node to connect the both.
