On Linday's maps (https://www.lindsay.ca.us/documents) the city doesn't use N,W,S,E in any of its streets. Sierra View Street is just Sierra View Street. Not East Sierra View Street. I suggest renaming these streets to match with how the city calls them.

Washington County's GIS doesn't label this road as 1st Street. It is left unlabeled. I think it should be treated more as an unnamed shared driveway.
