The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

This lake shouldn't be called 'Victoria'; It's a colonial misnomer that has persisted. More research needs to be considered as it is offensive to many people in Uganda. A suggestion would be "Nalubaale". However due to the fact that it's shared by Kenya and Tanzania, I welcome a further discussion on the actual naming on ground beyond the misnomer.
