What are the risks associated with nanotechnology ?

Every technology carries risks, the problem lies in the anticipation of such risks. With nanotechnology , we must try to understand how these will act nano-objects , yet only 0.4% of sector expenditures are intended to anticipate problems. So we are not yet sufficiently informed of the consequences that can result from the use of these particles. Physicists and chemists show that nano-objects develop properties ignored in the normal range. Some behaviors of nano-objects are still largely unknown. We do not know how they can behave in the wild or in combination with other particles. The main issues relate to the toxicity of these particles and their release into the environment.
