Unable to answer "What type of bicycle rental is this?" for node/5832982307 via StreetComplete 51.0:

Rental system of the city of Wiesbaden has been paused temporarily. Some rental points have been taken over by nextBike. This one seems abandoned though since no bike by nextBike was parked there. I checked the app aswell and there is no nextBike station marked at that location.
