Port City Music Hall is permanently closed and the space is being taken over by Arcadia, which was originally located on Preble Street

This trail is disconnected from the Jackson XC trail to Halls Ledge and the Wildcat Valley Trail. I traveled along both a few days ago during the winter and didn't see this trail, although I wasn't looking very carefully. If it does exist it should connect where appropriate.
