"This building was formally owned by The Philadelphia Inquirer, but it is now known at The Philadelphia Public Services Building which houses the administrative headquarters for the Philadelphia Police Department as well as the 9th Police District offices and the 911 Unified Call Center. The office includes the City of Philadelphia Office of the Medical Examiner and the Department of Health Laboratories.
