consider it's 10 years ago we started the import. Near 18 months preparing, discussing before real start {hunderts, maybe thousands of mail messages). We did it (and we're doing it) as well as we can, but it's not easy. For example lot of serious errors in cadastre DB as address place far 20 km from the house. No one can travel to 50.000 places and check reality, e.g. where the building really is.

I think you should subscribe talk-cz https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-cz , don't hesitate to write in English. But don't expect quick easy solution. Personally I don't remember all details we discussed 10 years ago and details why exactly we decided to use this addr:place approach.

It looks like you're right` we always use addr:place, but shouldn't. I'll open discussion in talk-cz about this topic. It's dificult to decide what next because of specific/complicated Czech address system

Yes, it has been discussed in talk-cz, remove orphaned entities (I did it in the past, deleted about 2k orphaned nodes, see my history). About the mentioned object - not sure.- check it here http://ruian.poloha.net/19/49.98019/14.03835/ba . Pink buildings and red/blue address places are from goverment database (should be OK) and the mentioned building is not here. But if you turn on ortophoto, it is. The address place https://mapapi.poloha.net/node/10092644654 is wrong and should be deleted too. Correct address place is here http://mapapi.poloha.net/node/2352690396 or https://mapapi.poloha.net/node/2352688197 and in cadastre database https://vdp.cuzk.cz/vdp/ruian/adresnimista/5926467 and https://vdp.cuzk.cz/vdp/ruian/adresnimista/5925720 -. In CZ there are blue and red housenumbers with diferrent meaning. Not easy to say what is correct. Address should be removed and the building - who knows. Maybe exists, maybe not. I can;t check every (semi) automated edit if there are missing tags or it doesn't exist

A poslední poznámka - orientační čísla v Uherském Hradišti v RUIAN vůbec nejsou - nevím, zda v té obci opravdu neexistují nebo je to chyba v RUIAN, ale je to tak.

Ahoj, byla o tom velká diskuse někdy kolem roku 2014, kdy tento import začínal. DWG (Data Working Group) tlačil, aby nebyly žádné zbtečné popisky. Popisovat city je zbytečné, protože město má svoji geometrii a pokud adresní místo geograficky leží uvnitř této geometrie, je tag city zbytečný. Vychází se z geokod=ru Nominatim. Třeba v USA mají na adresách jen place a číslo domu, případně street.

Datum v RÚIAN je 15.11.2013, tedy to určitě nebude nová verze domu. Omlouvám se za to a beru si poučení - při aktualizaci adres nedělat nic jiného než mazat domy se smazanými adresami (pokud jsou viditelně zbourané) a případně kreslit nové domy s nově zavedenými adresami.

Zdravím, už je to dost dlouho a bylo to v rámci aktualizace adres. Při aktualizaci adres překresluji tehdy, kdy budova pravděpodobně neodpovídá skutečnosti a rozdíl je výrazný. Překreslování dělám na základě dat z RÚIAN s kontrolou přes ortofoto.

Zdravím,

jedná se o "import" druhů pozemku z RUIAN. Dělá se Tracerem "ručně" (tedy klikáním).

Problém spočívá v tom, že jde o kolizi landuse a landuse. landuse=residential je jistě správně stejně jako landuse=garden,garden_type=residential. Zahrada je ovšem o něco menší než ta oblast, o které se dá říci, že je residential. Z toho pak vznikly ty ostrůvky. Tracer pracuje tak, že vytvoří oblast, přičemž upraví stávající oblast. Prostě to udělá tak, aby se nepřekrývaly oblasti se stejným tagem landuse=*. Druhá varianta je naplácat obě oblasti přes sebe. Ani jedno není dokonalé a sám celkem pochybuji o tom, jestli byl dobrý nápad pustit se do "zazelenění Prahy". Jsou hotové asi 2/3 Prahy a teď opravdu nevím, zda mám pokračovat a dodělat poslední třetinu či to nechat být či se pokusit ty changesety zrušit :-(
