the Al Qusair district (lvl 5) isn't subdivided only in the Al Qusair subdistrict (lvl 6) like it currently is shown on OSM but also into the Al Hoz subdistrict. see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Qusayr_District

it mostly follows the Orontes river, the rest is hand drawn more or less in between the villages
editing OSM is complicated for those who never did it so i hope someone else can fix this
