It's not clear whether or not this path has a name. IDOT article refers to it as "Viaduct Point" but government documents use the term to describe "...riverfront properties in downtown Dixon." including "...up to thirteen separate parcels and three roads."

There are a lot of paths here that don't show up on satellite view yet.
