"Moved to a different location"
The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

It appears that the street Via Gino Capponi and the area around have the wrong postal code. When searching with Nominatim for the street, a postal code of 50112 is shown. But on gmaps and the official address of the university buildings here have a postal code of 50121.
