I agree that a city's downtown would typically be the best place for the label; however, Stonecrest does not currently have a traditional downtown.

The biggest economic hub (and city hall) is the Stonecrest mall area on the eastern border by I20, but that would put the label in a bit of an awkward area so I opted for somewhere closer to the geographic/visual center of the city.
