The zip code of node/12181135474 shows 6 digit number starting with '10', that doesn't fit anything in the area. The zip code of node/878257840 (Panchero's Mexican Grill) is not correct, this is their website https://pancheros.com/location/cedar-rapids-edgewood-s/ The zip code of node/12181135480 (Mai Pho restaurant) is also not correct, the correct one is listed on their website (http://maiphocr.com/). Is the data source you used not correct maybe or was for a different location? I only noticed because I have a regular report for not-5-digit zip codes.

Similar to my other changeset comment there's some places having an 'ELVIS' tag. Is that 'ref:ELVIS' or does that have another meaning? The Overpass query is:
