Is it still adequate to mark this area as "landuse=military" if the barracks where closed over a decade ago? It seems as if the area was sold to a private person in 2008, as well. (source: https://www.sachsenschiene.net/bunker/dep/dep_14.htm)
I don't know if the area is still fenced off, since I've never been on site. Furthermore I don't feel familiar with the OSM land use tagging convention to try to fix this on my own.

Laut offiziellem Outdooractive-Upload der Tourismus Region Leipzig (https://www.outdooractive.com/de/route/radtour/region-leipzig/gruener-ring-leipzig/13170858/#dm=1) führt der Grüne Ring Leipzig inzwischen wie die Parthe-Mulde-Radroute nördlich des Ratsholz' über Seegeritz. Das müsste vor Ort mal jemand verifizieren.

Dieser und viele andere, unzusammenhängende Wege sind Teil einer Relation "Radrouten Mansfeld-Südharz". Der Sinn dieses Flickenteppichs erschließt sich mir nicht. Ist das in der Realität wirklich so ausgeschildert. Im Netz finde ich keine Quellen hierzu, schon gar nicht von offizieller Stelle. In der "Note"-Eigenschaft dieser Relation hat schon jemand zutreffend gefragt: "Welchen Sinn hat dieses Chaos?"
