To be simply put, the satellite imagery is super outdated & since that part of Syria is no longer a frontline + troops moved through there, probably by removing roadblocks. so i guess it's not a wrong assumption that it's not in construction & a surveying user should determine road smoothness... i've also seen few twitter videos about cars moving through what used to be marked as construction, but don't really remember the links or accounts so take it with a grain of salt.
so if you want to revert it all, feel free to do so.
also next time. maybe send a message mentioning all the changesets or just comment on a single changeset, changeset comment notifications have cluttered my mail inbox lol :) Have a nice day.

Not all of it is visible from satellite or https://www.kgm.gov.tr/Sayfalar/KGM/SiteTr/Duyurular/DuyuruDetay.aspx?Parameter=1498 and I am not really comfortable about drawing on mobile. I will take another look if I access a device with JOSM installed :)

it should be noted however, such precise and correct information may be currently available on (semi-)public access, i.e. the official gazette or executive decisions; which doesn't have anything to do with me.

indeed not military, however the area belongs to the Barutsan; which is in turn a subsidiary of the MKEK, a %100 defence ministry-owned company according to the current structure.
and as far as i have geolocated from obscure sources and educated guess, the actual garrison command is in somewhere else - which I prefer mapping imprecisely in order to avoid any potential legal implications (there are extensive local prohibition regarding that) and meanwhile still keeping the deleted data.

according to another official file sourced from HGM (https://www.harita.gov.tr/urun/turkiye-ve-cevresi-cografi-ad-dizini-turkce-xls/183), the name seems to be noted as "Curali". Google says so, too. and not even that, I've checked the official gazette and it's clearly "Curali" as late as 2012. (https://www.resmigazete.gov.tr/eskiler/2012/12/20121206-1.htm) Are you really sure that it isn't a typo?
though all that being said, i've just checked and HGM imagery overlay lists as Curalı, so it should be incorrectly written there i suppose?

D595 ve D300'ün çevre yolu üzerinden gittiğine dair herhangi bir kaynağınız var mı? KGM ve internette bulabildiğim kaynaklar hâlâ şehrin içine giriyor olarak gösteriyor.

clearly it shouldn't be mapped as an area because the wall itself doesn't compromise the whole area.
if you'd like to tag the hospital area, please do so in a separate closed way other than the wall's.

While they may be correct under another point of view as it is a disputed territory, I would like to remind that mapping on OpenStreetMap is based on mapping what is on the ground. Thus, I would like to request from you to cease activities such as deliberately removing boundaries and names, as those activities would constitute vandalism.
