The changeset comment was not completely edited when I unintentionally hit the return key! My error. The correct address is Lake Avenue Substation, 171 Freedom Court, Elyria, OH. Survey date was 2021-09-30.

More specifically, I removed way 58,358,764 and replaced it with way 34,370,833. No editing of ways was required due to thoughtful mapping by previous mappers. Thanks.
