Are you sure `highway=bicycle` is what you meant here? There are no other instances of that tag combination globally.

I think `highway=path`, `bicycle=yes` might be a better way to tag this. If it's bicycle *only* (no pedestrians), then add `foot=no` in addition to the `bicycle=yes`.
