Yellow Hill Road has been a posted Private Road for over 20 years. Please correct this as this road is on private property with large visible sinage stating this as well as no trespassing signs. Starva is using this as a segment and the Yellow Hill Landowners Association does not want the liability of the trespassers on our property.
