These 3 newer houses are numbered independently of Cooley Road, so what should their "street" address be?

This small cluster of houses seems to be newer than its neighbours and on an independent numbering scheme that does not belong to either Church Avenue or Reuben Avenue. What is their "street" address?

This cluster of maisonettes looks like rows of terraced houses with front and back gardens. Instead, each apparent single house contains 2 residential units, one on each floor, with each one owning one of the gardens. This means 2 house numbers per building division. Eyeballing the front doors to collect house numbers is challenging because of the intimate character of the access path, but it would be good to collect what we can. If we can even establish some key numbers and a numbering pattern, then we could probably interpolate.
