hydrant type notes (estonian) as per this and info from this:

• M = Moskva
• V = “Leningradi ventiiliga”
• K = “Leningradi kuuliga”
• T = Tallinn
• E = Euro
• on-wall ones (seinapealne) but unsure if any in my area
• as per the hydrant CSV files there’s also Kuiv Ameerika and Kuiv Tallinn (but might be dual type; kuiv = dry)
