Is there a house at 1731 also?

There used to be 2 houses, a narrow one at 1731 and a wide one at 1733-1735 (still visible on Esri for now). Those were demolished back in ~2021 or so. A sign suggested that 3 new houses were going in on the combined lot

Mapbox shows the new 1733 and 1735 houses under construction and nothing at 1731. Bing shows the 1733 and 1735 houses complete...and a lawn at 1731???
