Cafe and Brantano are no longer open within the building.

It now houses M&Co, DP, Burton Mens Wear, Quiz, Co-op Fashion outlet, Eye Society, Mobility & Lifestyle. The 2nd floor is exclusively for Co-Op Member's services.

There is a footpath / alley here connecting Beauchamp Road and Overwoods Road. It starts just before the bend in Beauchamp, and exit's just before the bus stop on Overwoods. It isn't a strait path and follows the outside of the park, and the back of private properties.
