I'm not sure I did this correctly on the "every door" app but basically Mark's in closed in 2020. the sign says:

I'm the owner of the 雞 spot. actually, HWC cafe was the previous tenant of our current address, so the location was always wrong. second, the cafe closed quite a while ago, many months before we moved in in November 2023.
