My source here is Google Street View, not Google Maps. As I understand it (at least in UK copyright law) I cannot take material belonging to Google and reuse it without their permission, but it's not a breach of copyright to view a publicly available image and draw my own conclusions from it. In this case I *may* have referred to a Google Street View image to remind myself of information that's available to anyone who walks down the street. To be honest I can't recall what it was that I looked at specifically, but whatever it was probably saved me the trouble of walking half a mile down the road to look for the information myself. I'm certain that anything I gleaned was in no way the intellectual property of Google.

Apologies if my interpretation of the situation is incorrect. If it is I could either remove the changes entirely or reconfirm them on foot and remove the reference to Google.
