Pedestrian and cycle routes have changed - need updated imagery / survey

Double-check whether this really should have the superfluous motor_vehicle=yes. It looks, from the aerial imagery, that this could potentially be restricted to buses only (probably bicycles too). motor_vehicle=yes would allow more than that.
