This is a sub-account of OSM user jmapb for importing New York City building footprints.

Imports are done following the standards of the original NYC building import documented at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Catalogue/NYC_Buildings_Addresses and https://github.com/osmlab/nycbuildings.

The original import updated OSM with all city building data as of 2013, so this account focuses on areas of new development since then, using new software (https://github.com/jmapb/nyc_osm_blockmaker) designed for much smaller sets of footprint data.
