This is a sub-account of OSM user jmapb for importing New York City building footprints.

Changesets follow the standards of the original NYC building import documented at osm.wiki/Import/Catalogue/NYC_Buildings_Addresses and https://github.com/osmlab/nycbuildings, which updated OSM with all city building data as of 2013.

This account focuses on areas of new development since 2013, and places where previously incomplete city data has improved. Imports are prepared using new software (https://github.com/jmapb/nyc_osm_blockmaker) designed for much smaller sets of footprint data.
