I have never heard of the service road to Avenida Siglo XXI being called "Avenida Siglo XIX". In English that equates to the main road being called 21st century and it's service road being called 19th century. What was the source of this information? I have lived in Aguascalientes for over 7 years and have never heard or seen the service road called "Avenida Siglo XIX".
