Hi, it looks like you created a new relation. But there was already a relation for Colville National Forest: osm.org/relation/5449320. Is this changeset a mistake?

Based on the contents and the source tag on the changeset, this appears to be an import of external data from the USFS. Did you follow the import guidelines: osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines

If so, can you please point me to wiki page for this import?
