Mapper living/mostly active in the American Midwest, mostly Wisconsin. I like to map benches, water fountains, trash cans, bike parking and other ‘micro-amenities’ in order to give an overview of how accessible/livable given areas are.

I hope that one day we can outperform ‘Big Map’ (gmaps/bing maps/apple maps/etc) and make wayfinding a more egalitarian thing. Maybe that’s a bit lofy, but hey, you gotta try.
