Mais en l'état il y a un problème de connectivité avec une portion inaccessible (way/166280583) car les portions de la rue Tiquetonne adjacentes (way/181676069 et way/4263267) ont un tag "motor_vehicle=no".

Est-ce que les rues du secteur comme la rue Tiquetonne et d'autres qui ont le même "motor_vehicle:conditional" ne devraient pas être taggées "motor_vehicle=yes" pour la cohérence ?

This city has an important road network but it is not connected to the "main" road network. For example currently no route can be found by car to Manaus (see osm.org/directions?engine=fossgis_osrm_car&route=-3.349%2C-64.710%3B-3.118%2C-60.017 with any routing engine).

I wonder if this is expected or if some roads going out of the city are missing a prolongation to the rest of the network?

Route RD-7 is tagged with `lanes=1` all along, while it's clearly visible in imagery that it has one lane in both directions, so should be `lanes=2` as the total number of traffic lanes (see lanes=*?uselang=en).

It looks like the counties in Connecticut (e.g. relation relation/1839542) are not members of the relation describing the state of Connecticut relation/165794 ; this is the case of all other states in the US if I'm correct.
