jayaddison | There is a yellow defibrillator unit on the south-east (entrance?) exterior of the corrugated/container-style Saint James' Stack building.

jayaddison | I'm fairly sure there is a defibrillator in front of the church here; I was walking past but did not stop to inspect closely enough to be certain.

jayaddison | Je pense les toilettes dans L'Alchemiste sont non accessible avec un wheelchair (un consideration toilets:wheelchair=no). (I don't know how to express this in French, but if I remember correctly from a few months ago: the only customer toilets are down some down some stairs)

jayaddison | I believe that there is a defibrillator here, on the wall near to the covered bicycle parking that is already mapped. I took a photo but didn't include much of the surroundings and this is a medical feature so I'm hesitant about adding it without it being checked/confirmed first.

jayaddison | NB: there is a seamark building function of 'time_ball' that could be more-relevant/precise for the timeball on Flamsteed House than the current value of 'observation'. I think a seamark building type of 'observation' might indicate a place that the sea is observed _from_, while vice-versa a timeball is observed from the sea. Maybe sea observations do take place from Flamsteed House? But the time ball itself I think is primarily a visual signal for seafarers. Tagging ref: osm.wiki/Seamarks/Buildings#Functions
