There is a rubbish bin somewhere on the pavement area near the Cameo Cinema here.

There's a public-access defibrillator outside of the Parliament building around here; it's next to a (I think computerised) information display board.

I've duplicated an amenity=piano point node here; my apologies. I'm starting to look into how best to de-duplicate those (for example, whether there are mechanisms to merge duplicate nodes).

There is a yellow defibrillator unit on the south-east (entrance?) exterior of the corrugated/container-style Saint James' Stack building.

I'm fairly sure there is a defibrillator in front of the church here; I was walking past but did not stop to inspect closely enough to be certain.
