This is not a pedestrian crossing. The old footpath is disused since the new cycleway was built. Tree saplings have been planted between the cycleway and the river, where the footpath was. A sign here says "no public access to the river".

"No Pedestrians" sign on this road at the southeast corner of the ferry port car park. I have split the way at this point and added sidewalk=no.
There is a path connecting to the pavement around the outside of the car park, but a large concrete barrier block on top of the tactile paving blocks part the path it so would not be accessible in a wheelchair.
