This camera node/12040704748 seems to be incorrectly tagged. Please can someone verify that it is in fact specifically a Flock camera? Flock should not be tagged with 'operator=Flock' but with 'manufacturer=Flock Safety' and 'manufacturer:wikidata = Q108485435' check https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/ to see that this by far the more common way to do it. Also can someone on the ground please verify whether the camera is aimed at the nearby road, the parking, or the foot path and adjust the surveillance:zone tag to the correct value according to surveillance:zone=* using surveillance:zone=street is an ambiguous value.
