Is building=yes really the right tag for underground tunnels connecting to MTR stations? I would have used something like highway=pedestrian, area=yes, tunnel=yes, layer=-1. You see a lot of these underground tunnels in Japan, e.g. around Tokyo and Shinjuku stations in Tokyo.
