Is this Top Cuts barber shop?

I'm sure there shouldn't be two Premier Inns in such close proximity. The one to the west is probably wrong. (There's something strange about this one, as there are two ways sharing the same nodes, both tagged as buildings, but only one tagged as a Premier Inn.)
