You can easily avoid uploading such errors if you use the internal validator of JOSM:

Thanks for your kind response. May be you like to monitor the results of your (and other users) changes on a regular basis to improve the map quality. The French map is full of broken relations and OSMI is a excellent tool to check for errors:
