There are currently 3 relations tagged with ref:uni=2170 and building=university covering the exact same footprint:
1. relation/2560347 (type=multipolygon) - 2D outline with wheelchair info
2. relation/2560345 (type=multipolygon) - duplicate 2D outline with building:levels info
3. relation/2513418 (type=building) - 3D building floor relation

Could a local mapper please clean this up by consolidating the tags into a single canonical 2D multipolygon building relation (2560347) and keeping 2513418 purely for 3D floor hierarchy without duplicating the ref:uni/building tags on all elements?
