Dedicated import user for building data from Danish Municipality of Frederikssund per guideline requirement: osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines#Use_a_dedicated_user_account

Discussion has taken place at the Danish OSM mailling list.

All data has been converted to appropriate OSM tags and compared to existing data. Only buildings that do not overlap are being imported in bulk.

Overlapping buildings has been sorted out separately for manual import/merge.
