I would say from signage that this is a footpath cyclists are allowed to use/share, rather than a cycelpath.

So the situation with this gate...
It runs north-east - south-west across the path, parallel to westwood/perpendicular to the footpath.
The gate is locked unless SCC Park Rangers want to use it.
There are pedestrian-sized gaps on either side of it (you can fit a bike down it, and I think you could fit a wheelchair). These are always-open to the public.

I'd like to map the gate as a path rather than a node, but the wiki says that needs to be attached to a fench on either side.
I wonder if I can attach it to a pair of `barrier=entrance` nodes on either side? Otherwise I'll have map the wall behind the properties and the fence around the gas plant, and attach it+entrance to those.

The router in CoMaos tried to route me, from Leopold St to Townhead St, which is an illegal right. Will try and survey it at some point
