Hi. OpenStreetMap is not the place to map personal information attached to objects, such as the way you have with your garden. access=private is enough to demarcate that it is privately owned.

Looks like user gogorm fixed it when modifying it to create the adjacent construction area, I'll go ahead and delete the fixme
