This is not a cycleway; albeit it is a pedestrian & cycling route. "Cycleway" tag assumes that bicycle=designated, meaning OSM will assume pedestrians are not allowed on this path which is wrong.

Won't change this yet as so many cycleways have been put in Putrajaya, would like to standardise with other editors first.
