I think this is not Zandkampweg, but a part of Telgterweg. The house number of the house at the end of this lane is too high (around 240), and the Zandkampweg is located to the south first road below this marked point.

I've impression that this part of the road should have the same name as the NW part: 'Voskuilerdijk' is matches with Goolge Maps and some names of address located near this road.

The name 'Wittenberg' seems to be related to the road/track N 52° 5.285' E 5° 28.398'
