These highway=pedestrian ways should probably be footways. The width of the space is narrow, maybe 2 meters, with sporadic steps making it unsuitable for even rare vehicles. I was able to survey only about half of the ways and am reluctant to break the existing network by retagging only a part of them.

It doesn’t appear on aerial imagery and there aren’t any meaningful web references about it.

One of the road segments in here has a sign naming it as ΚΛΕΟΒΟΥΛΙΝΗΕΣ. Please update name if you can identify which to change.
