There might be something strange going on with this path. It is on other maps but I was hiking around there two days ago and no one seams to know it. Furthermore if one looks at the altitude lines the path should almost be vertical for 300/400 meters, and it looks way too straight for that. Plus I am not sure it can really be only one way down. I do not have the possibility to check how is the real situation but maybe someone has.

This part of the path is not a cycleway. From just before the bridge it is a walking only area
