There is no access here north of Kent Avenue. It is gated off, appears to be private property, and it doesn't look like there was ever a road here. It appears that you can turn south onto 170th avenue from 5 mile road, but I don't know how far south the road extends. I am positive that 170th ave does not connect 5 mile road to 4 mile road.
