For Exit 9B, the right most lane is an exit only, but the second from right lane also has the option of taking exit 9B in it's own lane or continuing to exit 9A which then becomes an exit only at exit 9A. I can provide pictures if needed.

Felicity Street here is 2 lanes. The right lane is a right turn only lane allowing a right turn only onto Tchoupitoulas Street. The left lane can either continue straight onto Clarence Henry Truckway or turn left onto Tchoupitoulas.
