They sure can, and I'd like to change this ACCESS=NO into ACCESS=YES for bikes and pedestrians. I don't know why it was marked ACCESS=NO, it surely is accessible, if not by car or motor vehicles, by feet and bike. How can we fix that?

OK, I understand the bridge is automatically ok to go on with feet and bike. But the segments before and after say ACCESS=NO, and this does not allow to routing apps to go on it. Why can't I change it? Is it closed?

Why? Isn't this accessible by feet and bike?
