I forgot to close the previous changeset so here are 2 changesets mixed.
Refined tagging for the Hartlepool Marina lock. Lock gates have path on top. Moved coastline and GB border to outer lock gate.

Why did you remove the planned power plant? Do you have a source for that?
I had the Environmental

With destination:minutes=1;4;7;10... I meant that it is 1 minute to The Fens, 4 to Greatham, 7 to Newton Bewley, 10 to Low Grange from here.
So you cannot derive an interval from this data. Maybe they drive only once an hour or so.
I had no idea if there is a convention to add this data but I have surveyed and added the destinations from the plan at the station and how many minutes you need from here to the destination from the plan.
